Bendigo Bank is seeking a Regulatory Reporting professional to join our Analytics-driven team in a flexible hybrid environment across Australia. You will compile and lodge APRA Returns, maintain reporting documentation and implement process improvements while supporting multiple stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in regulatory/financial reporting, a relevant degree with CA/CPA or equivalent, and strong analytical, time-management, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in regulatory reporting and/or financial reporting.
• tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline with CA/CPA or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritise deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Teamwork is crucial to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Compile, prepare and lodge defined APRA Returns.
• Use, review and maintain documentation for defined reports.
• Process and document manual adjustments per APRA Reporting Policies.
• Meet deadlines and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Support other functions and stakeholders as required.
