Job summary

Resolution Life Australasia is hiring into a hands-on regulatory reporting specialist role. You will own end-to-end regulatory submissions across life insurance and superannuation, working with large datasets and ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance.

The role requires advanced Excel and SQL skills, strong data analysis capabilities and the ability to partner with stakeholders across the business to drive improvements and meet changing regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering regulatory, compliance, or operational reporting within a financial services, superannuation or insurance environment.
• Ability to manage end-to-end reporting cycles and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data reconciliation abilities.
• Advanced Excel and SQL capabilities with data extraction from multiple sources.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience identifying process improvements and implementing data quality enhancements.
• Attention to detail, accountability, and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of regulatory reporting obligations with timely, accurate submissions.
• Source, analyse, reconcile and validate data from multiple systems for government reporting.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues prior to submission.
• Design, implement and monitor reporting controls to strengthen governance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to provide reporting status updates.
• Support regulatory changes by embedding requirements into reporting processes.
• Drive continuous improvement to reporting efficiency and data quality.
