Job summary

Macquarie Group is seeking a junior to mid-level professional for the Financial Management, Regulatory Reporting team. You will prepare balance sheet and statistical reports for external regulators, while maintaining a strong control environment and quality reporting.

You will collaborate with business, data, technology and risk teams to drive process improvements and regulatory change initiatives. The role requires 2–3 years in financial services, a business/commerce degree, and a proactive

Qualifications

2-3 years’ experience in financial services, investment banking or similar environment.
Experience and knowledge of regulatory reporting.
Strong interest in data analysis and regulatory reporting within a controlled environment.
Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review balance sheet and statistical reports for external regulators.
Work closely with business, data, technology and risk teams to investigate issues, improve processes, support regulatory change initiatives and drive reporting efficiency.
