Job summary

The Department of Local Government, Industry Regulation and Safety (LGIRS) is seeking a government lawyer to provide advice and conduct litigation across a range of matters for internal clients. The role supports a regulator of excellence with opportunities for strategic and operational input in investigations and enforcement actions.

Applicants must hold a Law degree and a current Australian practising certificate, with eligibility to obtain one prior to commencement.
