Youth Off The Streets is seeking a Regular Giving Specialist to grow and steward our donor community from our Head Office in Alexandria with hybrid work options. You will coordinate multi-channel campaigns, shape donor journeys and deliver personalised communications to maximise long-term donor value.
The role requires experience in regular giving and direct marketing, strong analytics, CRM usage and collaboration across the fundraising team to drive sustainable donor loyalty.

Regular giving is one of the most important and sustainable income streams supporting Youth Off The Streets’ life-changing work with young people. As our Regular Giving Specialist, you’ll play a key role in growing, retaining and stewarding our regular donor community.
Working closely with the Individual and Community Giving Manager and collaborating across the wider fundraising team, you’ll coordinate and deliver multi-channel acquisition, retention, upgrade and reactivation campaigns. You’ll help shape donor journeys, strengthen supporter engagement and contribute to long-term donor loyalty.
This role is based at our Head Office in Alexandria, with hybrid work arrangements.
