Job summary

Tweed Valley Hospital in NSW is seeking a locum medical practitioner to cover 21 September to 29 November 2026. The role includes on-call shifts and shared weekend duties, with travel and accommodation provided.

All rates shown include superannuation and casual loading where applicable, and applicants must hold current AHPRA registration. Tweed Valley Hospital is a major referral and teaching facility offering a broad range of services in a modern campus.

Tweed Valley Hospital provides a wide range of inpatient, day only and outpatient services in a brand new, state of the art facility.

Our services include emergency, trauma and critical care, surgical services, cancer services, women’s care and newborn services, paediatric services, renal unit, intensive care, cardiac catheter laboratory, Mental Health inpatient facilities.

Outpatient services are provided from our dedicated Outpatients department in the main hospital building, and include physiotherapy, fracture clinics, antenatal clinics, occupational therapy and paediatric outpatients.
