Job summary

MedRecruit Limited is seeking a locum medical practitioner to cover a hospital ward in New South Wales from 27 to 30 September 2026. The role includes rapid response duties for ICU, paediatrics, obstetrics & gyn, maternity, and code blues, across multiple services.

The successful candidate must hold current AHPRA registration and is offered travel and accommodation, with rates that include superannuation and casual loading where applicable. Shifts are 1800–0630, across 114-bed facility in NSW.

Qualifications

• Must hold current AHPRA registration as a medical practitioner.
• Experience covering Medical/Ward units and rapid response duties is desirable.
• Ability to work across ICU, paediatrics, obstetrics & gyn, maternity and code blues.

Responsibilities

• Provide locum cover for the Medical/Ward with rapid response duties.
• Support ICU, paediatrics, obstetrics & gynecology, maternity services and code blues.
• Work within a 114-bed NSW hospital and its diverse clinical services.
