MedRecruit Limited is seeking a locum medical practitioner to cover Tweed Valley Hospital from 2 to 29 November 2026. The role is suitable for a Basic Trainee with on-call duties and shared weekend shifts. Travel and accommodation are included for the assignment.

All rates are inclusive of superannuation, taxes, and casual loading where applicable, and applicants must hold current AHPRA registration as a medical practitioner to practise in Australia.

Tweed Valley Hospital provides a wide range of inpatient, day only and outpatient services in a brand new, state of the art facility.

Our services include emergency, trauma and critical care, surgical services, cancer services, women’s care and newborn services, paediatric services, renal unit, intensive care, cardiac catheter laboratory, Mental Health inpatient facilities.

Outpatient services are provided from our dedicated Outpatients department in the main hospital building, and include physiotherapy, fracture clinics, antenatal clinics, occupational therapy and paediatric outpatients.
