Qualifications

• NSW BOSSI registration as a NSW Registered Surveyor.
• Experience in cadastral, development and infrastructure/government surveying.
• Ability to mentor Surveyors and Field Assistants.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, review, and improve surveying and drafting work to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery
• Maintain strong client relationships, including preparing scopes and fee proposals where required
• Develop business opportunities with new clients
• Provide guidance, coaching, and technical development to Surveyors and Field Assistants, supporting capability uplift across the team
• Maintain and develop technical competencies and stay abreast of changes to surveying technology
• Utilise and contribute to the company’s Quality Assurance (QA) and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) systems, ensuring compliance across the team

About You

Bringing strong capability in cadastral, development and infrastructure/government surveying projects, you will be a NSW Registered Surveyor (BOSSI).
