This patient-facing role focuses on delivering evidence-based therapies and innovative care within a supportive, multidisciplinary team in a coastal lifestyle setting.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology or a Master’s/Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
• General Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia.
• 5+ years of recent clinical experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Advanced clinical expertise in mental health services.
• Experience delivering high-quality care and fostering innovation in service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and provide evidence-based therapies.
• Develop personalised treatment plans based on assessments and patient needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans.
• Build and sustain collaborative relationships with referring healthcare providers to strengthen patient referral networks and support practice growth.
• Coordinate with external providers to fulfil service requests within an established procedural framework.
