Job summary

Mindplace Seaforth, part of Bupa, is seeking an experienced Registered or Clinical Psychologist to join our Seaforth practice on a permanent full- or part-time basis (3 days). You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and work within a multidisciplinary team to support mental health journeys across Australia.

Qualifications

• Qualified psychologist with relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology or Master’s/Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
• General Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia.
• 5+ years of recent clinical experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Advanced clinical expertise in mental health services.
• Experience delivering high-quality care and fostering innovation in service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnose mental health conditions.
• Develop personalised treatment plans based on assessments and patient needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans.
• Build and sustain collaborative relationships with referring healthcare providers to strengthen referrals.
• Coordinate with external providers to fulfil service requests within established procedures.
