Job summary

Mai Medical Centers are offering a Practice Nurse role across their modern accredited practices. The position is paid on a casual basis with potential to become permanent after probation. The role involves working across multiple clinics with 4–6 doctors and requires flexibility to cover extended hours.

Must have an active RN registration with AHPRA, be eligible to work in Australia, and bring energy, enthusiasm, and strong communication. Training will be provided.

• Previous experience in general practice or patient care plans.

Responsibilities

• Able to manage the treatment room with 4 to 6 doctors working at the same time.
• Provide nursing support in busy general practice settings.
• Assist with patient care plans and clinical tasks as required.
• Support with covering staff absences or holidays.

Modern Accredited Medical Centre

All medical center's have fully equipped consultation rooms.

Full time Admin & IT support.

Friendly team of GP's, Nurses and Admin staff

About the role

Must have prior experience, preferably 1-2 years in the role.

The position is paid on a casual basis, with potential to be offered permanent after a minimum 3-6 month probationary period. The right candidate will be offered 4-5 days across the 3 practices or multiple candidates can get 2-3 days at each practice depending on availability.

Our Practices opening hours are:

Monday to Friday: 8am to 8pm

Saturday: 9am to 5pm

Sunday: 9am to 5pm

The candidate needs to be flexible with working hours as our practices are open long hours and our nurses work in shifts.

Flexibility to work additional hours and help cover staff absences or holidays is highly regarded.

Able to manage the treatment roomwith 4 to 6 doctors working at the same time.

Training will be provided.

Skills & experience
