The Opportunity

We are currently seeking enthusiasticRegistered or Enrolled Nurse to join our dedicated team in Wyoming. This Permanent Full Time with availability Monday to Saturday, so there’s flexibility to find a roster that works for you, therole offers a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a collaborative team of experienced nurses and general practitioners, delivering high-quality, patient-focused care in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be involved in a wide variety of clinical tasks including, but not limited to:

• Administering immunisations and managing post-vaccine observations
• Triage and prioritisation of emergency situations
• Supporting GPs with minor surgical procedures
• Wound care, including dressings and suture removal
• Providing patient education and coaching to support health outcomes
• Contributing to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented practice culture

About You

We’relooking for nurses who are passionate about patient care and committed to working as part of a collaborative clinical team.You’llbring:

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled or Registered Nurse
• Previous experience in General Practice or an acute care setting
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A warm, patient-focused attitude and a team-first approach
• Preparing Care Plans and Health Assessments
• Supporting patients with chronic conditions as part of our Chronic Care Management (CCM) program
