Job summary

ForHealth in Australia is seeking a Registered or Enrolled Nurse to join our Wyoming team. This permanent full-time role offers Monday to Saturday shifts, delivering patient-centred care across immunisations, triage, wound care, and chronic disease management within a supportive practice.

You will work closely with GPs and our multidisciplinary team, manage care plans, maintain accurate clinical data, and contribute to a compassionate, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled or Registered Nurse.
• Experience in General Practice or acute care settings preferred.
• Strong time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer immunisations and post-vaccine observations.
• Triage and prioritise emergency situations.
• Support GPs with minor surgical procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient clinical data.
• Wound care including dressings and suture removal.
• Provide patient education and coaching to support health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
