Job summary

Access Telehealth is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support aged care residents across the Central Coast in Umina. You will use clinical judgement to coordinate care with GPs and specialists, and to identify concerns early while working autonomously on site.

This role offers Monday to Friday 9am–5pm with no nights or weekend shifts, opportunities for professional development, and the chance to contribute to a growing national organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration.
• Experience in aged care or similar clinical setting.
• Strong clinical judgement and ability to make independent decisions.

Responsibilities

• Work on site across residential aged care homes.
• Coordinate care with facility nursing teams.
• Facilitate GP and specialist rounds, in person and via telehealth.
• Complete comprehensive clinical assessments.
• Identify concerns early and coordinate timely intervention.
• Manage referrals, follow up actions and clinical documentation.

Access Aged Care is expanding across the Central Coast, and we're looking for experienced Registered Nurses who enjoy thinking critically, embracing change and making a genuine impact.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelors in Nursing with current AHPRA registration and at least two years' post graduate experience.
• Experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting.
