Job summary

SA Health's Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) seeks an experienced surgical nurse to deliver evidence-based care across multiple surgical specialties. The role involves comprehensive pre- and post-operative nursing, patient assessment, monitoring and discharge planning, in a multidisciplinary setting with a focus on safe patient flow.

You will contribute to quality improvement and uphold clinical standards, while mentoring junior nurses and students to foster a culture of learning

Qualifications

• Interpersonal and communication skills essential, enabling problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation while building relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with resilience in a stressful environment.
