Mater Private Hospital Bundaberg is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join the Surgical ward on a casual basis, with a 24/7 rotating roster including mornings, afternoons and nights. The hospital manages orthopaedics, gynaecology, general surgery and ENT cases in a busy clinical environment.
You will conduct post‑operative nursing assessments, implement evidence‑based care, educate patients and work within a multi‑disciplinary team to maintain high standards of patient safety and comfort.

Mater Bundaberg is a 59-bed facility comprising both surgical and medical/rehabilitation units. Our Surgical Ward manages a diverse range of cases including orthopaedics, gynaecology, general surgery, and ENT procedures. Our Medical/Rehabilitation Ward supports patients across the acute and sub-acute spectrum, providing comprehensive care tailored to individual recovery needs.
Salary range: $44.06 - $56.52 per hourplus superannuationandaccess to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900+access to many staff benefits!
