The Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Geriatric Specialist Dementia Unit at Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, Northfield SA. In Ward 2B Blue Gum, you will assess needs, plan and deliver person-centred care for older adults living with dementia, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

You will support families, contribute to safety and quality improvements, and mentor students and junior staff.

Qualificações

• Must hold or be eligible for NMBA registration.
• Must hold or be eligible for a current practising certificate.
• Bring sound nursing skills and clinical judgement.
• Communicate well with patients, families and colleagues.
• Work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades
