Job summary

South Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Special Care Nursery at Fairfield Hospital. The role is permanent full-time (38 hours per week) with a salary band of AUD 81,748 to AUD 114,772 plus 12% superannuation and salary packaging.

You will deliver holistic neonatal nursing care, work with a multidisciplinary team, and provide family‑centred support to parents while developing specialised neonatal skills.

Qualifications

• Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Demonstrated capacity to interact with others in a personable and professional manner and personally resolve conflicts when they arise.
• Demonstrated understanding and participation in risk management, work health and safety and quality improvement in the workplace.
• Demonstrated recent experience as a Registered Nurse in an environment appropriate to the relevant speciality.
