Job summary

East Bridge Recruitment is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our healthcare staffing team across aged care facilities on the South Coast and surrounding areas. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents and collaborate closely with care teams, families and facility management.

The role offers flexible day, afternoon and night shifts with competitive rates and ongoing rostering support.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.
• Experience in aged care is desirable.
• Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills.

Responsibilities

East Bridge Recruitment is looking for experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing healthcare staffing team across aged care facilities in the South Coast and surrounding areas.

The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical care to residents while working closely with care teams, families and facility management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, person-centred nursing care to residents.
• Conduct clinical assessments, care planning and medication management.
• Monitor residents' health and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.

About You

• Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration.
• Previous aged care experience is highly desirable.
• Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills.
• Professional, reliable and compassionate approach to resident care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Current police check and required compliance documentation.
• Availability for day, afternoon and/or night shifts is an advantage.
