Job summary

Hiring4Health is seeking an empathetic, AHPRA-registered health professional for an on-site aged care role. The successful candidate will assess, plan and implement resident care, develop and update care plans, and contribute to continuous quality improvement within a supportive clinical framework.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA.
• Aged care experience preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team and promote education/leadership in aged care.
• Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
• Confidence in managing time effectively and working autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope.
• Create and update care plans to reflect residents' developing needs.
• Promote continuous quality improvement in care delivery.
• Work collaboratively with the team to support education and leadership in aged care.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, ideally we are looking for:

• An understanding, empathy, appreciation and the ability to promote the values of the organization
• Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA
• Demonstrated aged care experience preferred
• The ability to work as part of a team and promote education/leadership in aged care
• Understanding of and commitment to continuous quality improvement
• Experience in assessments and developing care plans
• Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope
• Consider physical, social and psychological requirements
• Create and update care plans to reflect the developing needs of residents
• An understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
