Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Experience delivering high-quality, person-centred care in aged care settings preferred.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment medical, police check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective and person-centred clinical care.
• Complete assessments, care planning and clinical documentation.
• Administer medications and monitor resident outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, residents and families.
• Support and mentor care team members.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
