Job summary

Bayside Health, Rosebud Hospital, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Rehabilitation Ward in a permanent part-time role working 16 hours per week.

You will provide specialised nursing care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support patient recovery while contributing to a compassionate, high-quality care environment on the Mornington Peninsula.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate year completed or equivalent experience.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and best practice.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in rehabilitation nursing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care in the Rehabilitation Ward.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan patient care.
• Support patients and families and promote recovery and safety.

• Recent rehabilitation nursing experience is desirable
