Job summary

Ramsay Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife to join the Special Care Nursery Unit. You will deliver safe, evidence-based care across the maternity journey and collaborate with paediatricians, nurses and allied health professionals.

This casual role involves a rotating roster, covering morning, afternoon and night shifts while supporting women and families through their maternity experience.

Qualifications

• Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a NICU setting.
• Be flexible to cover all shifts Morning, afternoon and night shift.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centred care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A passion for supporting women and families through their maternity experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, evidence-based care across all stages of the maternity journey.
• Work closely with paediatricians, nurses and allied health professionals.
• Provide compassionate care to mothers and babies in a Special Care Nursery.
• Contribute to a rotating roster to support unit operations.
