Southern Adelaide Local Health Network in Adelaide's southern metro region is seeking a Registered Nurse – Phone Counsellor to deliver evidence‑informed telephone counselling and clinical support to callers across the area.

You will conduct assessments, provide brief interventions and connect callers with the right care, working within a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and reduce harm.

Qualifikationen

• Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
• Current practicing certificate relevant to nursing.
• Experience in substance misuse counselling approaches (harm minimisation, relapse prevention, motivational interviewing).

• Provide telephone counselling and clinical support to callers across Adelaide's southern metro region.
• Conduct telephone assessments and brief interventions to reduce related harm.
• Link callers to appropriate care and services in a timely manner.
