Job summary

Southern Adelaide Local Health Network in Oaklands Park – Marion Psychosis Team is seeking a Registered Nurse with a focus on mental health to deliver nursing care, assessments and treatment plans in a community setting. The role emphasizes recovery-oriented, person-centred care and collaboration with families and partners.

You will provide risk assessments and evidence-based interventions while supporting less experienced staff and contributing to service improvements within a multidisciplinary

• Must be enrolled in an approved mental health course or hold a qualification in mental health practice
• Ability to be creative, innovative and flexible when approaching issues within the clinical setting
• Effective communication skills including, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated commitment to providing consumer/client and family centred care

Responsibilities

Salary $77,824 - $106,187 p.a. (Pro Rata) RNM1, $90,913 - $114,917 p.a. (Pro Rata) RNM2C

Be the Connection in Community Mental Health Join a dedicated community mental health team where you will provide high-quality nursing care, care coordination and clinical leadership to support consumers on their recovery journey. In this rewarding role, you will deliver comprehensive mental health and psychosocial assessments, risk assessments, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Drawing on your experience and clinical expertise, you will support less experienced staff, contribute to service improvement initiatives and manage portfolio responsibilities that enhance consumer outcomes. Working closely with consumers, families, carers and community partners, you will help promote wellbeing, recovery, rehabilitation and greater independence through person-centred, evidence-based care.
