Job summary

Estia Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Permanent Part Time role across NSW, working early and late shifts. You will lead clinical staff, assess residents’ medical needs, and ensure high-standard documentation and compliance with AN-ACC in a supportive aged-care setting.

The role requires a nursing degree and current AHPRA registration. You will contribute to a caring, resident-centred environment with focus on safety and quality of care.

• Solid documentation skills and knowledge of AN-ACC.
• Leadership experience in clinical care.

About the Role

Permanent Part Time

Week 1 - Mon, Wed, Sat & Sun 0630 to 1500

Week 2 - Mon & Tues 1400 to 2230

On a typical day, you’ll:

• See to our residents’ medical needs.
• Put together clinical documentation.
• Be a leader to staff, helping them to grow.
• Be a health and safety role model.
• Take pride in what you do and maintain the highest standard of work.

You’ll also have:

• A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
• Leadership experience in clinical care
• A nursing degree and current AHPRA registration
• Solid documentation skills and knowledge of AN-ACC
