You will work on a 24/7 rotating roster across orthopaedics, rehabilitation and related surgeries, delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to professional education and evidence-based practice within a leading private hospital network.

About The Role

• The Mater Hospital has an innovative and progressive Orthopaedic department with some surgeries utilising Robotics. There are 4 orthopaedic wards, including our rehabilitation ward. We care for patients following knee and hip replacements, shoulder, spine and foot surgery as well as sports injuries.

• Our experienced team of health care professionals, care givers and support staff are equipped to provide the highest level of therapeutic, medical and surgical services.

• We are one of Australia's leading orthopaedic hospitals and the only Australian hospital to be admitted into the International Society of Orthopaedic Centres.

About You

Essential Criteria

• Current AHPRA registration.

• Bachelor’s in nursing

• A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Clinical nursing.

• Demonstrated ability to evaluate and deliver quality patient care.

• Demonstrated commitment to professional development.

Desirable

• Previous Orthopaedic or rehabilitation nursing experience.
