Registered Nurse – Night Duty

Churches of Christ Queensland are currently seeking Registered Nurses for our Bribie Island location. This role will see you working within our 119 bed Residential Aged Care home supporting our residents and staff on a permanent Night Duty – typical tasks may include medication administration, reviewing and updating care plans, conducting baseline and focussed assessments and liaising with internal/external stakeholders, residents and their families.

About You

Are you somebody who is passionate about delivering quality Aged Care services to the local community?

Our ideal candidate is

Essential:

  • Passionate about Aged Care and providing safe supportive care to the residents
  • Has current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Currently hold, or willing to obtain a current First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Currently holds, or willing to obtain a current Police Check
  • Ability to work across day, afternoon and night shifts
  • Hold valid Australian Work Rights – Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor

Desirable:

  • Previous clinical experience in the Aged Care Sector
  • Currently hold, or willing to obtain a current NDIS check
