Homestyle Aged Care group in Victoria is seeking a Registered Nurse Manager to lead care at Belmont Grange. Join a multidisciplinary team to assess and meet residents' physical, psychological and emotional needs in a supportive environment.

Permanent position commencing December 2026 with a casual option. Attractive hourly rate from $63.42 to $66.35 plus 14% annual leave loading, uniform and shift allowances, and opportunities to upskill.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse Manager with experience in residential aged care.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• CPR certification must be current.
• Current police check and vaccination certificate are required.

Responsabilités

• Lead a multidisciplinary team to assess and meet residents’ physical, psychological and emotional needs.
• Oversee quality of care and ensure compliance with aged care standards.
• Collaborate with management to promote a safe and supportive resident environment.

About the Role Work within a multidisciplinary team to assess and meet the assessed physical, psychological and emotional needs and expectations of residents at Belmont Grange. Bring your passion for caring and join a friendly team. Permanent position available commencing December 2026 and a casual position available. Week 1 & 2: Wednesday 07:00-15:15, Thursday 07:00-15:15, Friday 07:00-15:15 and every second Saturday 07:00-15:15

Essential Requirements

• Registered Nurse Manager experience in residential aged care
• Current AHPRA registration
• Current CPR certification
• Current and valid police check
• Vaccination certificate
