Job summary

Homestyle Aged Care is seeking casual care staff to support residents at Belmont Grange. You will work under the Registered Nurse to assess needs and deliver compassionate, person-centred care in a harmonious, team-oriented environment.

Casual shifts include coverage for personal and annual leave with an attractive hourly rate ($43.93 to $44.79) plus 25% casual loading, uniform and shift allowances, and access to a supportive management team and employee assistance program.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration.
• Current and valid police check.
• Vaccination certificate.

Responsibilities

• Assess and meet the physical, psychological and emotional needs of residents within a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide compassionate care and support to residents, covering personal care and everyday needs.
