Canberra Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse Level 3.1 to join afterhours community care as an Afterhours Community Care Coordinator. Lead the LINK Nursing team, coordinate urgent referrals, and support complex clinical decision-making to deliver high‑quality care after hours.

You will provide expert guidance to nurses across the region, helping patients remain safely at home while ensuring access to after‑hours services.
