Canberra Health Services invites applications for the Registered Nurse Level 1 role within the MHJHADS Nursing Foundation Program at The Canberra Hospital. This full-time temporary position offers a structured start to your nursing career with mentored exposure across Mental Health, Justice Health, Alcohol and Other Drug Services, and Forensic settings.

The program supports ongoing study days, diverse rotations, and a pathway toward permanency where available.

• Kick-start your nursing career with the MHJHADS Nursing Foundation Program, gaining hands-on experience across Mental Health, Justice Health, Alcohol and Other Drug Services, and Forensic Mental Health.
• Provide care under supervision, participate in rotations, and engage with mentors and educators to develop clinically sound nursing practice.

Employment Type: Full Time, Temporary 6-12 months with possibility of extension and/or permanency

Salary: $82,993 - $108,780 (Plus 12.5% Super)
