Job summary

Dyvest Health Care Pty Ltd is seeking Registered Nurses to join a professional team across multiple Sydney locations. You will perform immunisations, vaccinations, health assessments and care planning while contributing to infection control and high-quality patient care.

Ideal candidates hold current AHPRA registration and CPR, with at least one year in general practice and strong communication skills. Various sites across Sydney support your work with flexible shifts and clinical autonomy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year’s experience in general practice.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Current AHPRA Registration and CPR training required.
• Valid work rights in Australia for employment.

Responsibilities

• Immunisation and vaccination duties for patients and staff.
• Administer COVID vaccinations and health assessments.
• Develop and review care plans for patients.
• Provide diabetes care and monitoring where needed.
• Maintain infection control practices and wound management.
• Assist with minor procedures and patient education.
• Contribute to accreditation processes and preventative health initiatives.
• Support triage management and patient flow across venues.
