BaptistCare Heritage Manor Community in Morwell, VIC, is seeking a Registered Nurse for a casual/part-time role delivering high-quality, person-centred clinical care. You will lead and support the care team, uphold professional standards, and communicate clearly with residents and families.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate ($43.57–$55.31) plus NFP salary packaging up to $18,550, with ongoing training and a supportive team environment.

Formación

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (no conditions or undertakings).
• Experience in aged care or with elderly people (highly regarded).
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver safe, high-quality clinical care centring on residents' health, wellbeing and dignity.
• Lead and support care staff, ensuring practice meets standards.
• Maintain clear communication with residents, families and colleagues.
• Ensure safe and compliant medication management.
