Qualifications

• AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).
• Minimum 2 years recent ICU or Critical Care nursing experience.
• Experience within Intensive Care, Critical Care and/or HDU settings.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Current National Police Check.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality critical care nursing to patients with complex conditions.
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients using advanced clinical skills.
• Manage life-support equipment and critical care therapies.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with ICU protocols.
• Recognise and respond to clinical deterioration and emergency situations.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
