Buderim Private Hospital on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for Critical Care (ICU). The role involves delivering holistic, evidence-based care in a busy ICU, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patients and families.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Nursing with AHPRA registration and has at least 12 months in a Critical Care/ICU setting, with vent and cardiac experience. Flexible Part-time or Full-time rosters are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of nursing degree or equivalent and AHPRA registration.
• Minimum 12 months post graduate experience in a Critical Care/ICU setting.
• Vent competency and cardiac experience are essential.
• Ability to work full-time/part-time on a 24/7 rotating roster.
• Vaccinations as per hospital infection control requirements and checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, holistic care in the ICU and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Deliver person-centred care with strong communication and customer service.
• Work within a high-acuity environment to optimise patient outcomes.
