Ramsay Health Care is seeking a registered nurse to join its clinical team in Sydney. The role involves planning, evaluating and delivering patient care with support from the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality service and patient safety. Required is current AHPRA registration, ICU/ventilation competency, and a minimum of 3 years RN experience.

• Current registration with AHPRA (Registered Nurse)
• Mechanical ventilation competency
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Registered Nurse
• Experience in neurosurgery or cardiothoracic environments preferred
• Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster
• Recent experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to teamwork, patient safety and professional growth
