NSW Health at Canterbury Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver patient‑centred, evidence‑informed nursing care across the care continuum. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care in collaboration with the patient and multidisciplinary team.

Candidates must hold current AHPRA registration and demonstrate commitment to person‑centred care and NSW Health values; desirable experience includes acute care for infants, children and adolescents and knowledge of child safety and

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the provision of patient centred; evidence informed nursing care that promotes identified health outcomes. The Registered Nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).


• Demonstrated understanding of evidence informed practice and critical thinking.

• Desirable experience in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for infants, children, and adolescents within an acute healthcare setting


• Desirable understanding of child safety, safeguarding principles, and mandatory reporting requirements
