Job summary

Family Doctor are seeking a casual Registered Nurse to join Suncoast Medical Centre, supporting a team in a General Practice environment. The RN will provide expert care, patient education, and contribute to continuous learning. Applicants should be enthusiastic, communicative, and capable of prioritising a varied workload.

The role emphasises autonomous work within a supportive team, with opportunities to enhance skills and participate in CPD activities through Family Doctor Academy.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registration required.
• Experience in busy General Practice or primary health setting preferable.
• Ability to manage patients with diverse backgrounds and needs.
• Immunisation, wound care, and procedure support are core duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide immunisations and wound care.
• Assist with procedures and patient assessments.
• Manage stock and supplies for the practice.
• Utilise recall/reminder systems to coordinate care.
• Deliver high-quality patient education and care.
