Job summary

The role covers immunisations, wound care, minor procedures, chronic disease management, health assessments and advanced clinical tasks such as ECG and spirometry, with focus on accuracy, infection control and comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Previous general practice experience (highly regarded).
• Experience with Best Practice software (highly regarded).
• Chronic disease management experience (highly regarded).
• Wound care experience (highly regarded).
