Lionsbrae is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver person-centered clinical care in a residential aged care setting. You will lead clinical care, complete assessments, and support staff across the facility, with a focus on safe practice and documentation.

This fixed-term/maternity leave role offers afternoon shifts, potential ongoing opportunities, and a supportive team environment. All staff require NDIS clearance or willingness to obtain one before starting.

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centered care in a residential aged care setting.

As a RN, you will provide clinical leadership and support to residents and care staff across the facility. You will be responsible for delivering safe and effective clinical care, completing assessments, managing clinical documentation, responding to changes in resident’s health and wellbeing, and supporting the delivery of best-practice care.

This is an excellent opportunity for an RN seeking Fixed Term/Maternity Leave work. The shifts are Monday to Friday in charge. All shifts are in the afternoon. You also have the potential for ongoing shifts and other opportunities within the organisation.
