Job summary

Mercy Health Australia is seeking expressions of interest from Registered Nurses for residential aged care facilities across multiple locations in VIC, NSW and WA. You will provide resident-focused clinical care, supervise and lead care teams, and actively engage with residents and their families.

Candidates should be a fully registered nurse with AHPRA, demonstrate resilience and compassion, and be committed to delivering high-quality patient-centred care in a supportive, values-driven

Qualifications

• Recognised tertiary nursing qualification and current AHPRA registration.
• NDIS clearance and/or Police check desirable.
• Experience in residential aged care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality resident-focused and clinical care using a person-centred approach.
• Supervise and lead a team of carers and nurses by modelling Mercy Health values.
• Engage with residents and families to understand needs and preferences.
• Undertake assessments, treatment and documentation to a high standard.

We are seeking expressions of interest from Registered Nurses for our residential aged care facilities in Albury, Young in NSW, Bendigo, Ballarat, Colac, Shepparton, Warrnambool, Yarrawonga, Myrtleford and Montrose in VIC and Mandurah, Claremont, Lesmurdie, Edgewater and Carlisle in WA.

• Provide quality resident-focused and clinical care utilising a person-centred approach
• Effectively supervise and lead a team of carers and nurses by demonstrating our core values

About the Candidate

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

• Recognised tertiary qualification and current full Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Demonstrated record of achievement and experience working in Residential Aged Care is desirable.
• National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Clearance and or Police Check.
