ForHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Craigieburn team on a permanent part-time basis. You will work with experienced nurses and GPs to deliver patient-focused care in a supportive environment.

The role emphasises immunisations, wound care, documentation and patient education within a collaborative practice that values teamwork and excellence in patient care.

Formación

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled or Registered Nurse.
• Experience in General Practice or an acute care setting.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, patient-focused attitude and a team-first approach.

Responsabilidades

• Administer immunisations and manage post-vaccine observations.
• Triage and prioritise emergency situations.
• Support GPs with minor surgical procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient clinical data.
• Provide wound care including dressings and suture removal.
• Educate and coach patients to support health outcomes.
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, team-oriented practice culture.

Key Responsibilities
