Anglicare Southern Queensland is seeking Registered Nurses to join our Home and Community service in Caboolture and surrounding regions. You will provide comprehensive nursing assessments and coordinate care for clients living in their own homes.
Roles are full-time with day shifts, offering a supportive team, competitive salary and benefits. A vehicle is required for client visits, and current AHPRA registration is essential.

$47.20 - $57.25p.h. + Salary Packaging + Fuel Allowance of 99 cents/km

The overall purpose of the Registered Nurse is to provide comprehensive and accurate nursing assessments, case management of clients and apply clinical knowledge to implement planned care.
