Your Nursing Agency (YNA) is seeking a dedicated Community Registered Nurse to join our Barossa region team for regular afternoon shifts in clients’ homes. You will deliver high-quality home-based care, support families, and build trusted relationships in a family‑oriented setting.

YNA offers flexibility with roster choices, above award rates, comprehensive orientation, and 24/7 recruitment support to help you start and thrive in your role.

Competenze

• AHPRA registration or RN registration with current practice
• Minimum 12 months post-graduate experience
• Effective communication skills
• Current clinical competencies
• NCCHC clearance
• WWCC clearance
• NDIS clearance

What you will bring to the role

• AHPRA registration

• Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
• Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• NDIS clearance
