Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Registered Nurse for Colorectal Care at Concord Repatriation General Hospital in Sydney. You will deliver patient-centred nursing care and work within an innovative district that values staff development and life-long careers.

About The Role

Concord Repatriation General Hospital is proud of its healthcare service excellence and leadership in clinical care. Concord is part of a network of hospitals and healthcare services within Sydney Local Health District.

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the provision of patient centred; evidence informed nursing care that promotes identified health outcomes. The Registered Nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
