Based in our headquarters in Grafton, the Registered Nurse/Clinical Educator will, together with a colleague form a team that provides clinical nursing expertise and leadership for individual clients and or groups. The Registered Nurse/Clinical Educator will play a critical role in the education and professional development of frontline workers. The successful candidate will contribute to advisory and participation in planning, coordination, development and implementation of policies, procedures, protocols and standards for the provision of safe and effective clinical care and education. Coordination, implementation & evaluation of strategies to build our clinical competence, primarily with respect to the NDIS high intensity skill descriptors; thereby ensuring safe and effective care delivery for Caringa's clients, including those with complex clinical needs.
