Job summary

Sydney Children's Hospitals Network is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Inpatient Unit at Westmead. This permanent full-time role involves delivering safe, compassionate, patient-centred care to paediatric patients and families, while upholding NSW Health CORE values of Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment.

The Cardiac Inpatient Unit at the Children's Hospital at Westmead is a dynamic ward caring for neonates, infants, children, and adolescents with congenital, inherited and acquired heart disease. The provision of care extends from day catheter procedures to complex open heart surgeries, arrhythmias, transplantation and ventricular assist devices. Paediatric cardiac development opportunities are available to staff new to paediatrics and cardiology. A 12-hour flexible roster pattern is available for full and part-time staff
