Job summary

Opal HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join Bayview Treetops Care Community in NSW. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred care, draw on clinical leadership and collaborate with a supportive care team to enhance residents' wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to complete: Pre-employment medical.
• Willingness to complete: NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective and person-centred clinical care.
• Complete resident assessments, care planning and clinical documentation.
• Administer medications and monitor resident health outcomes.
